The logomark uses a minimal curve to outline a shape resembling both a speech bubble and a brain, symbolizing fluid communication and intelligent insights.

Dashboard

To handle Maimo's expanding features (uploading assets, asking questions globally, searching assets, etc.) while maintaining interface simplicity and keeping each function easily accessible, we introduced a new command bar to the dashboard.

When users open Maimo, the command bar at the top stays open and automatically receives focus. The system figures out the user's intent based on their input and displays matching options. As users scroll down, the command bar folds up and sticks to the top, but they can bring it back anytime by clicking or using the Cmd + K shortcut.

I've carefully crafted this feature to respond quickly with a scroll snap effect and smooth animations, whether users are browsing assets or returning to the top.

Asset page

Maimo's Asset Viewer supports various content formats. The interface is split into two sections: the left side displays the asset viewer, while the right serves as the interaction area for Ask Maimo, Insights, and Marks. Maimo tailors its insights templates to the content category. Additionally, clicking a bullet point in the insights section highlights its corresponding source in the asset viewer—a clean way that helps users backtrace when needed.

YouTube Interview

No matter which tab is active, the input box remains fixed at the bottom, allowing users to easily ask questions at any time. When triggered, it switches to the Ask Maimo tab automatically. Question suggestions are also displayed above the input box. For efficient information presentation, these suggestions are initially collapsed and will expand to show the full three options when hovered over.

Research Thread

In the research thread, users can directly view and interact with assets from their knowledge base during the research process. This seamless integration enhances both efficiency and workflow continuity.

Other

In addition to promotional materials for features, a few holiday-themed greeting images were created for social media to boost user engagement. This also served as an opportunity for my imagination and creative expression.
